WHEN WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?
This pre-order will run from Tuesday, February 25th - 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday, March 11th. The hats are scheduled for embroidery the week of March 17th. Please allow 3-4 business days for tracking to update after the embellishment date.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
- If your order is being shipped to an apartment please include the apartment number in your order.
- Any orders that ship out and have an incorrect address input will not be refunded. Any orders that arrive back to our office and need to be shipped out again to the correct address will need to have shipping paid for again by the customer.
